Nervous System Support: Your body carries memory and wisdom. This work moves at your nervous system’s pace, guiding you toward softening and regulation.

Ancestral & Earth-Based Wisdom: We will integrate earth-based relational practices and ancestral remembering to guide the work. Participants are invited to arrive with openness to those connections and engage in the wisdom already alive in body, lineage, parts, and land.

Trauma-informed: Healing asks for structure and containment. All offerings are informed by trauma-aware practice. Preparation before the circle and throughout the circle threre will be moments to ground throughout and spaces to take a break whenever needed.

Communal Healing as Medicine: Shared presence invites witnessing, recognition, remembering, and grief/ emotional processing together

Embodied Remembering: Integrating experience through the body, breath, ritual, movement, and relational presence.

• Presence & Integration Over Fixing: Healing is not about “fixing” it is about restoring coherence to what was disjointed, reclaiming wholeness, reconnecting to community, nature, & ancestors.

This is a container for you to find new and inherent pathways of healing from the pains of the world and working towards a more secure relationship internally and with the land and unseen world.
